If there is a problem or a problem with the product you have purchased, or for any other reason, you should contact us first. We deal with this and give instructions on a case-by-case basis.

Products purchased from the online store have a 14-day return policy. If for any reason you wish to return the product / products you have ordered, it must be made within 14 days of receiving the order. We will refund your order once the product has returned to us and we have reviewed it. Any refunds must always be agreed with us in advance.
For postal returns, take the product to the post office and give the number 643590

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
The Consumer Protection Act does not apply to trade between two companies.
